FolioOne is a web-based application designed to build portfolios of a person's knowledge.

Individuals

• Add everything to your Knowledge/Skills Portfolio. Include every learning experience whether it was taken through a formal school, has been "certified" by some agency, or is a personal development activity
• Attach PDF files to your Knowledge/Skills Portfolio when additional information is needed
• Organize classes and other knowledge items into Groups
• Sort your Knowledge/Skills Portfolio by date, title, or grade to quickly locate items
• Grant organizations or users "View-Only" access to your Knowledge/Skills Portfolio so they can view your information
• Plan a program of Lifetime Learning
• You can print your Knowledge/Skills Portfolio at any time
• Request association to organizations and companies that are already using FolioOne (see diagram below)

Organizations

• Once a person is associated with your Organization their information is entered into your knowledge base, which you may Search for particular skills
• View the Knowledge/Skills Portfolios of all people associated with your Organization
• Add, delete and modify Classes/Learning Experiences of your Organization
• Add, delete and modify Learning Programs of your Organization and add Classes and People to the Learning Programs
• Search for a word in a Class title to get a list of everyone in your Organization that has taken a class with that word in the title
• Advanced Search section with Filter Tool and customizable Charts/Graphs
• Create user-defined fields for Classes and Employees to collect specific information for your Organization
• Lock fields so they cannot be edited by employees
• Track the progress of employees
• View Reports of different areas in your Organization. Remember: You can print any screen within FolioOne to create physical reports
