Knowledge Management, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to not disseminate customer-supplied information to others.

Our site uses cookies for maintaining a user "session". Without cookies we could not keep track of one user vs. the other. We do not use cookies for any other purpose.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) so that we can send login information pertaining to KMI FolioOne. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. The customer's organization information is used to setup a free, no-obligation evaluation period of our knowledge management software, KMI FolioOne. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We maintain a secure site both through server security and database security. Although any site on the web may be subject to attack, we maintain that our site is secure to the current level of protection available through our server and database vendors (i.e. Microsoft). Customer data is backed up regularly and available at any time to the customer.
